We only process data that you provide to us yourself through the request form on this website, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp. This concerns your name, email address and phone number, and the details of your request: the preferred date and start time, the number of people and hours, the boarding location, the chosen package and any additional wishes.
If a booking is made, we also process the data needed for the invoice and the payment.
We use your data to answer your request and send a quote, to contact you about your booking, to carry out and invoice the boat tour, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
The legal basis for this is the performance of a contract with you, or taking steps at your request before a contract is concluded, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not send you newsletters or advertising without your consent.
We keep requests and the related contact details in our records, so that we can find earlier requests and help you faster with a next request. Would you like us to delete your request? Let us know and we will do so. Booking and invoice data are kept for at least 7 years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration.
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us provide our services, such as the hosting provider of this website and the request form and our email provider. We make agreements with these parties about the security and use of your data.
