What is the minimum duration of a tour?
The minimum duration of a boat tour is 2 hours. Prefer a shorter trip for a special occasion? Feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

What are the standard boarding locations?
‍We work exclusively with the Parel van Zuilen, where guests can board comfortably and park for free. There is also a boarding option at the Weerdsluis on the Vecht side, ideal for those who wish to depart from the city center. Prefer a different location? Ask us about the possibilities.

What are the standard routes?
‍Our tours vary depending on your preferences and the time you have available. Contact us for more information about the different routes we offer.

Are children allowed on board?
‍Of course! Little sailors are more than welcome. We have special life jackets available for children. Children up to 2 years old can join for free. Is the drinks package unlimited?
‍Our drinks package is based on an average of 4 drinks per person per hour. A wide variety of beverages is available, but the package is not entirely unlimited. Drinks provided by us may only be consumed during the tour and cannot be taken off the boat afterwards.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
‍Yes, you certainly can! Please note that we do not have refrigeration facilities on board.

Do you sail in the rain?
Unfortunately, the boat is not covered. In case of heavy rainfall, UtrechtBootVerhuur may cancel the trip for the safety of all passengers. We will inform you in time if this occurs.

Can I cancel my booking?
‍You can cancel a non-binding quote free of charge before the tour is confirmed. Once a boat trip is confirmed by both parties, cancellation fees apply. For full details, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
